This 78 unit apartment project sits right on the Fox River and just minutes from Lambeau Field.  With a cap value of $18.5 million, this project was a collaboration between the Village of Ashwaubenon, the State of Wisconsin's Economic Development Corporation and Bedford Development.  It boasts 2 levels of heated parking, and 6 levels of residential.  With its Insulated Concrete Form construction and energy efficient HVAC and lighting systems, Manseau Flats was certified Bronze with the National Green Building Standard.

This project is a two phase 115 total unit project on the Milwaukee River just north of downtown.  This historic redevelopment site and dock wall reconstruction posed many challenges but is now home to a beautiful riverwalk and a highly energy efficient building.  Both phases include 2 levels of heated parking with 5 floors of residential.  This $27 million project has won awards for its Insulated Concrete Form design and ICF Magazine and the Wisconsin Concrete Redi-Mix Association.
